This policy explains what A&J Professional Services, Inc. collects when you ask for a roof inspection through this page, what we do with it, and how to get it removed. It covers this booking page. A&J's main website, ajproroofers.com, publishes its own privacy policy, and where this page does something that one does not describe, it is set out plainly below.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your first name, your phone number, your town or ZIP, what you want looked at, how soon you need it, and your email address if you choose to give one. We also record which advertisement or link brought you here, so we know which of our ads are worth running. We do not ask for and do not want payment details, social security numbers, or any other sensitive information.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the roof inspection you just asked for, to schedule the visit, and to send you the written estimate. That is the whole purpose.
How we contact you
By phone, text message or email, about the request you submitted. Some of those calls and messages are handled by an automated assistant working on our behalf, which is why the form says so plainly before you submit. You can ask for a person at any point and you will get one. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, and reply HELP for help.
Marketing messages
The second checkbox on the form is optional and it is never required in order to submit. Ticking it means you are happy to also hear from us occasionally about offers and updates. Leaving it unticked changes nothing about your inspection request, and you can change your mind at any time by telling us.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the service providers who run our phone, messaging, email, scheduling and hosting systems on our behalf, and only so those systems work. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to other contractors. Your mobile number and your text message consent are never shared with anyone for marketing.
Advertising and measurement on this page
This booking page can carry the Meta advertising pixel. When it is switched on, it tells us that a visit or a form submission happened, so we can tell which ads are worth paying for. It measures the advertising that brought you here; it is not used to build a profile of you and your details are not sold. If you would rather not be measured this way, your browser and device settings and the ad platform's own settings both let you limit it. This is a difference worth stating clearly: the privacy policy on our main website says that site does not intentionally use tracking technologies, and that remains true of that site. This booking page is the one that carries the pixel.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are working on your job and for as long afterwards as our business and tax records require. After that it is deleted.
Getting your information removed
Call (908) 432-7081 or email ajproroofers@gmail.com and ask. We will remove your details from our systems and stop contacting you.
Children
This page is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
